With time doing its work, the cheeks tend to sag, are you looking for a way to enhance them and give them back a little firmness to find your beautiful oval face?
Do you know Kobido? It is the natural lifting of Japanese women, this ancestral facial massage, which has been taken over by all trendy institutes, makes it possible to reshape the cheeks and the lower part of the face. This lifting treatment is a real anti-aging remedy and it can even be practiced as a self-massage.
As you age, the cheeks and the lower part of the face, when they are sagging, are difficult to hide, this phenomenon, although unpleasant, is quite natural. Several factors are taken into account, such as genetic makeup, loss of elasticity of the skin, gravity, but also diet and weight variations.
Having a balanced diet and good hydration daily is essential for the tone of the skin of the face and the body.
You won’t be able to do anything about your genetic heritage, but you can give your skin a boost to restore elasticity and plump your cheeks with this simple, traditional massage.
But first, why are the cheeks sagging?
The cheek muscle extends from the surface of the upper and lower jaw and is interwoven with the circular muscle of the mouth.
The cheeks, due to their volume, may slide downwards and nasolabial folds may appear. In addition, there are tensions in this area.
In today’s world, people often have their eyes glued to the phone screen or monitor. The head is tilted forward with the muscles contracted .
Muscles are our “shaped memories” . All the experiences, the emotions reflected in the facial expressions, affect the muscles. The tension put on them persists even during sleep. This is what shapes our face over time , and drooping cheeks are a visible result.
The muscles of the face go from the head to the neck to the neckline. When the head, face, and décolleté muscles are tense, each muscle pulls the face down and creates a sag, double chin , bulge, and wrinkles.
